United States

International
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
3. Tracking Information
Some orders include tracking depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
If your shipping method does not include tracking, Aurelyian is not responsible for:

locating the package

confirming delivery

refunding lost/undelivered packages
Tracked options are recommended for security.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Aurelyian is not responsible for:

packages lost by the courier

delays caused by the courier

stolen packages after delivery

packages marked “delivered” but not received

incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
5. Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately:
We cannot modify the address once the order has shipped.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes required by their country.
Aurelyian does not cover or reimburse these charges.
7. Preorder / Made-to-Order Items
Certain pieces may require additional time for production.
