Refund policy

At Aurelyian, every piece is crafted with strict quality control and premium materials. Because our jewelry is custom-finished and made to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us at info@aurelyian.com within 14 days if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Include clear photos or videos of:

  • the damage

  • the packaging

  • the product

  • the order number

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or provide store credit.

We do not process returns or replacements without visual evidence.


2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To protect hygiene, quality, and authenticity standards, we do NOT accept returns for:

  • Items that are not damaged or defective

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Items missing packaging, certificates, or accessories

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry

  • Final sale items

  • Size-related issues for chains or bracelets (see Exchanges section)

  • Any item returned after the 14-day window

If the item is not defective, the sale is final.


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for sizing issues and only if:

  • The item is unworn

  • The item is in original condition

  • It is requested within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Damaged/defective items qualify for free replacement, not exchange.


4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipping to the EU:

You have the legal right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, as long as:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • Packaging and certificates are included

This does NOT apply to:

  • Custom items

  • Engraved items

  • Worn jewelry

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

We do not refund:

  • Returns without evidence of damage

  • Items sent back without contacting us

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
